John Allan Barnes, 69, of Hillcrest Avenue of Old Orchard Beach was Promoted to Glory Saturday May 20,2017 in Camp Ellis. He was born in New Haven, Connecticut February 21, 1948 the son Victor and Margaret Kirkman Barnes.
For many years he was a furnace operator for Milbrick Stainless Steel and also as a fisherman.
John was a member of The Salvation Army.
He is survived by a sister Janet Lavenbein of Old Orchard Beach.
