Friends and family may call at the Dennett, Craig& Pate Funeral Home and Cremation 13 Portland Rd, Buxton, ( Bar Mills) Maine, Tuesday February 21, 2017 from 1 to 3 pm. A 3:00PM Funeral service will follow at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Brooklawn Memorial Park at a later date, where he will be laid next to his wife.

Obituary:
Donald Edwin Dyer Sr, 83, of Foss Rd, in Limerick passed away at “The Farm” on February 15, 2017.
He was born in Portland Maine, January 1, 1934 the son of Horace and Thelma (McMillan) Dyer.
Donald was a 1953 graduate of Falmouth High School.
He worked for Charles Chesley Construction, Ellis Snodgrass Construction and ran a hydraulic repair business. The family moved to Limerick, Me , where he raised laying hens for many years and later worked for FR Carroll Construction.
Mr. Dyer enjoyed woodworking, steel fabrication, splitting and cutting wood and playing the trumpet.
Donald was a member and Past Master of the Falmouth Grange #25.
He is predeceased by his wife Barbara, who passed away in 2011 and 2 sisters Dot and Ruthie.
Survivors include 4 sons Ronald Edwin Dyer (Nancy) of Winthrop, Larry James Dyer (Gloria) of Newfield, Donald Edwin Dyer II (Patty) of Casco and Harry James Dyer (Terry)of West Newfield, a sister Elizabeth A. Lawrence of Rockhill, SC, 12 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
