Obituary:
Portland – Constance Stilphen Fowler 84, formerly of Chebeague Island, passed away Wednesday February 1, 2017 at the Portland Center for Assisted Living with her family by her side.
Connie was born of October 25, 1932 on Chebeague Island, a daughter of William and Ida Hamilton Stilphen.
She attended the Chebeague Island School, and was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She was predeceased by an infant son Elery Fowler, Jr., her husband Elery Fowler, one brother and three sisters.
Connie is survived by her daughter Karen Milliken and her husband Paul and her beloved granddaughter Courtney of Saco; her brother-in-law Richard, as well as many nieces and nephews.
