Family and friends may call at the Saturday March 12, 2016 at the Dennett, Craig & Pate funeral home and Cremation Service, 365 Main St, Saco from 1 to 2 PM.
A memorial will immediately follow at the funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's honor to one of her favorite charities: the American Heart Foundation, Diabetes Foundation or the Kidney Foundation.
Obituary:
South Portland – Mary R. Edwards Doenges, with her family by her side has gone to meet her heavenly father on March 2, 2016 after a hard battle with dialysis.
She was born on August 9, 1954 to Leon and Vivian Kinney Edwards.
Mary graduated Massabesic high school in 1972. She loved to work on her Search-A-Word books and made plastic canvas crosses and crafts. She also loved to work on her computer.
She is survived by her daughter Victoria Doenges, her granddaughter Samantha Mueller, a sister Sheryl Woods of Hopewell, VA; her brother Duane and his wife Valerie Edwards of Lincoln; as well as many nieces and nephews and cousins.
Mary was predeceased by her parents and a brother, David.
