Stephen M. Parker, 76 , of Shaving Hill Rd, Limington passed away February 24, 2016 at his residence.
He was born in Front Royal, Virginia May 30, 1939 the son of Rice M and Marie Rickey Parker.
Stephen received a Bachelors Degree and taught at the Portland School of Art.
He was also employed by Sweester Children Services in the 1980's.
