Renee and I were classmates at Bates. In our senior year, we borrowed costumes from the theater group to act out a scene from a Shakespeare play in hopes of improving our grades. We laughed about that performance at every Bates reunion including the most recent one last year. She was such a sweet person. I am deeply saddened to hear of her death and send my deepest condolences.
