Marjorie R. Daggett
Kennebunk, Marjorie R. Daggett, 93, of Constitution Rd passed away Friday December 6, 2013 at the St. Andres Healthcare Facility. She was born in Biddeford, September 11, 1920 the daughter of Ernest and Blanche Norwood Robins.
She attended local schools and graduated from Biddeford High School in 1938.
Marjorie was a secretary in the Saco Lowell Shops before the business moved South.
She was later employed as a secretary for the Superintendent office for the Kennebunk schools.
She later received her Real Estate license and worked for over 18 years for the Cole Harrison Agency in Kennebunk.
Mrs. Daggett was a member of the Christ Church in Kennebunk where she was also involved with the Women’s Fellowship.
Her interest included sewing blankets, cross stitch, canning and entertaining guest.
She and her husband Dr. Daggett traveled back and forth to Peru.
She is predeceased by her husband Dr. Alfred F. Daggett.
She is survived by a son Stephen Rumery of Kennebunk.
