A private graveside service will be held at Pine Grove South in Waterboro.
Service will conclude with military honors.

Obituary:
Alfred, Phillip H. Carll, 78, of Biddeford Road passed away Monday September 25, 2023 at the Gosnell Hospice House. He was born in Waterboro, June 14, 1945 the son of Richard and Marjorie Roberts Carll.
Phillip attended local schools and graduated from Waterboro High School.
After graduation, he served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.
After his service to his country, he returned home and worked for over 40 years as a stockroom manager for Cyro Industries.
Phillip enjoyed hunting, fishing and picking blueberries. He also enjoyed going to the family camp in Lexington Township, which they built from the ground up.
Phillip was a member and Commander for the Springvale TW Cole #19 American Legion for several years.
Phillip is predeceased by his wives, Linda, Charlene “ Charlie” and Jackie and a daughter Barbara Russell
Survivors include a son Wayne Russell of Old Orchard Beach and wife Sharon, 2 daughters Stacy Goodale of Lebanon, ME and husband Brian, and Kelly Joy of Astor, FL, a brother Bobby Carll of Alfred and wife Sonya, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
