Obituary:
Donna Quinn, 75, originally from Portland, passed away Monday March 20, 2023 at her daughter's home in Saco. There she resided with her daughter Amy, son-in-law Scott and grandson Jason. She was surrounded with love and family when she passed peacefully in the early morning hours. She was born April 3, 1947 in Portland, the daughter of Thomas and Virginia Pinkham Quinn. Donna attended Portland Schools and worked as a CNA/CRMA in the Southern Maine region, always a caretaker. Her father being in the military, she moved a lot and lived the life of a military brat. Her most favorite place was undoubtably Naples, Italy. Known for her lust for life, she was spontaneous, colorful and had a unique life. She enjoyed being and visiting with her family immensely, soap operas and afternoon tv and eating sweets, and trying to get away with mischief. She is survived by a daughter Amy Newman and her husband Scott of Saco, and a brother Thomas Quinn of Saint Louis, Missouri, 3 grandchildren, Arianna, Cassandra and Jason, the love of her life John "Jack" Deschaine of Waterville, as well as many adopted nieces and nephews and grandkids of the heart. "Mammy" loved you all.
