A memorial service will be held on Saturday, 1:00pm February 25, 2023 at Dennett, Craig & Pate 13 Portland Road, Buxton. Spring burial will be held at Scarborough Memorial Cemetery.

Obituary:
Scarborough - Robert A. Carter, 73, of Elizabeth Lane passed away Sunday February 19, 2023.
He was born March 21, 1949, the son of Norman and Charmaine Carter.
He attended local schools and graduated from Westbrook High School.
Bob served in the US Air Force. After his service he worked for the Westbrook Public Works, S.D. Warren, and Southern Container. He then worked for many years in the Public Works Department for the Town of Scarborough and after retirement continued to work for Community Services in Scarborough until November 2022.
Bob is predeceased by a daughter Dara Carter in 2022.
He enjoyed fishing, sports, especially the Boston Celtics.
Bob is survived by his wife Susan Carter of Scarborough, a son David Cole(Angel) of Buxton, a daughter Julie Grass(Scott) of Gorham, 5 grandchildren, Madison, Abigail, Christian, Kyle and Angelo, 2 nephews, 2 nieces, and 3 sisters Debbie of Raymond, Jackie of Falmouth and Jeannie of Falmouth.
