Obituary:
Biddeford - Jacob Lucas Cecere passed from this earth on February 9, 2022. Although we do not know the definite cause of Jacob's death he suffered from a severe broken heart. Jacob was born on September 20, 1986, to Albert Cecere and Amy Strum. Albert welcomed him to the world with his baseball glove in hand. In 1992 Jacob welcomed his sister Nora into his big brother's arms. He loved her so much. Jacob excelled in all sports. He proudly achieved his black belt in karate and played in the Babe Ruth World Series.
What was most important to Jacob however were his family and friends and of course his good dog Bella. Jacob walked this earth with confidence and swag. He was an excellent businessman and was the proud owner of his own detailing business, Auto Fresh Mobile Detailing.
In 2014 with the birth of his beautiful son Anthony, Jacob was blessed with his greatest achievement. Although Anthony is just 7 years old, he possesses more compassion and empathy than any other human we know. Jake loved Anthony to his core and Anthony loved and accepted his daddy unconditionally throughout their short time on this earth. We will miss Jacob forever.
Jacob is survived by his parents Albert Cecere and Amy Strum. His sister Eleonora (Nora) Cecere. His grandfather Harvey Strum, Uncles Daniel and Samuel Strum, Aunts Patty Cecere and Stacy Strum and cousins Jennifer Lasquade, Elijah, Sophie, and Ella Strum.
Jacob was predeceased by his grandparents Albert and Helen Cecere and Miriam Strum, his Aunt Nancy Cecere and his faithful dog Bella.
Jacob was the loving and proud father of Anthony Carl Richard Cecere. Anthony is loved by a very large family on both his Daddy's and his Mommy's side. We will cradle Anthony through his grief and Anthony will continue to teach us how to love with empathy and compassion.
We plan to hold a celebration of Jacob's life in the spring when the grass turns green again. Details will be posted on social media.
