Obituary:
Virginia Callahan (nee; Kelleher) born in Boston, MA (Aberdeen St), was
the youngest of three girls. Mary, Katherine and herself - Virginia.
Her Mother Alice, was an Irish immigrant who discovered America n 1918.
In 1956, Virginia would marry Robert Leo Callahan MD, of Somerville, MA.
Both Virginia and Robert would start a new life/journey and eventually raise four children - Deborah, Brian, Peter and Robert. All of which are located in New England.
Following the passing of Robert L Callahan MD, Mom kept the family intact.
Mom was always there - regardless of the circumstance. She always listened with unconditional compassion. "What's done is done is done" was a great line.
"Your father and I did the best we could - if it wasn't for your father, I would not be where I am"
Viriginia Callahan passed following a short illness on New Years Eve 2021.
She will be missed.
