Biddeford - James Randall Harvey, 59 passed away at his home on Saco Falls Way on December 23, 2021. He was born in Abilene, Texas on August 18, 1962, the son of James and Helen Morgan Harvey.
He worked many years in construction and in the oil fields before coming to Maine. He enjoyed reading and preaching the word of God.
He is survived by 2 sisters Gina Barr and Loretta Lowery.
