Obituary:
Saco – Eleanor Jean DeBarros 94 passed away at Seal Rock in Saco. She was born in Watertown, MA on October 8, 1926, the daughter of Antonio Moriggi and Albina D’Antonio.
Eleanor graduated from Watertown High School and went on to business school where she attained a Secretarial degree. She worked for many years as a secretary for a Watertown based oil company and later an accountant at a restaurant in Connecticut
In her spare time, she enjoyed playing all types of card games, especially bridge, where she attained the level of Life Master.
She was predeceased by her husband Anthony DeBarros in 2015.
Eleanor is survived by her sons Anthony of Saco and Dennis and his wife Vicki of Burlington, MA; her grandchildren Matthew of Tewkesbury, Peter of Somerville and Lorianne DeBarros of Watertown, as well as 1 great grandchild.
