Obituary:
Ocean Park, Douglas E. Gilbert, 74, of Manor St passed away Wednesday December 16, 2020 at the Southern Maine Medical Center in Biddeford.
He was born in Biddeford November 7, 1946 the son of Stillman and Barbara Cox Gilbert.
Douglas attended local schools and worked many years at The Pines in Ocean Park.
He enjoyed playing cards, reading, jigsaw puzzles, playing horseshoes and collecting books and pens.
He is survived by a brother Wayne Gilbert of Wilton, a Uncle John Gilbert of Skowhegan, several nieces and nephews and close friends at The Pines.
