Obituary:
Saco, John Littlejohn,94, of Saco passed away Monday April 27, 2020 at the Seal Rock Healthcare Facility in Saco.
He was born February 14, 1926 the son of Harry and Maude Dodge Littlejohn.
John grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Portland at a young age.
Leaving school at a young age to work, he was first employed at his father’s grocery store, then delivering newspapers and then selling table top pies.
For many years he worked for Humpty Dumpty Potato Chips in Scarborough.
He did delivery work, fryer work and many of the positions there until he retired in 2000.
John enjoyed tinkering, yard work, Sunday drives and painting.
He is predeceased by his wife Eleanor, a son Dennis Littlejohn and daughters Janice Hutchins and Karen Allen.
He is survived by a son James Littlejohn and his wife Alice of Westbrook, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
