Art and I met Nancy and Brian at Adult Ed. Ballroom Dance classes at BEHS 22+ years ago. They were there because Nancy wanted to, and we were there because I wanted to - a perfect match. Our friendship has blossomed over the years into a relationship that (to us, at least) felt more like family. Early on, we took lots of classes together, and went dancing most weekends, and it was truly wonderful! Our dancing opportunities dwindled in the past several years, but while Nancy was able, we still went dancing together every chance we got. We are grateful for our time spent with Nancy and will miss her immensely; her sweetness and inner light made the world a better place, and it will not be the same again without her. To Brian and the rest of her family and friends we wish you peace in knowing she is now free of the body that gave up before her spirit was ready. May her enduring love, and the love of other family and friends always surround you and help you to heal.

We were blessed to meet Nancy and Brian when they purchased their home here in our Florida neighborhood. Nancy was always so lovely and especially sparkled when sharing news of her cherished family “back home”. She was delightful when we golfed together. And every Tuesday our little cul de sac was filled with golf carts as Nancy and Brian’s dancing friends came for more learning and laughter. We were so grateful to host a final get together so neighbors could share their prayers and hugs with Nancy. She was so brave and beautiful. And we extend our deepest sympathies in this heartbreaking loss. Julie and Jim Somers

Nancy was one of the first people I worked with when I started my career. She was so helpful , taking me under her wing and helping me learn what I’d need to know to be successful . I’ll always remember her positive spirit and kind attitude . That made a big difference to me as I started off in a new role . She was always a bright , smiling person. My condolences to her family .
