Biddeford - Charles Robert Ossman 84, passed away at his home on Alfred Street in Biddeford. He was born in Peekskill, NY on March 23, 1935, the son of Charles and Velvetta Horton Ossman.
Charles worked in customer service and as a greeter at Walmart.
He was predeceased by his wife Contance.
