A graveside service will be held on June 3 at 1:30PM at the Massachusetts National Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, Saco, Maine.
Contributions, if desired, may be made to Hospice of Southern Maine in Scarborough and the First Congregational Church of Yarmouthport.
Obituary:
Thays Krueger died May 10, 2019 at Huntington Commons in Kennebunk, Maine. She was the beloved wife of A. Norman Krueger, "Norm" for 54 years.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Mrs. Krueger was educated in Toledo schools and graduated from the University of Toledo.
After her marriage, she lived briefly in Finlay, Ohio and Napolean Ohio. From there they lived in Keene, N.H., Wethersfield, CT, Needham, MA and E. Brunswick, N.J. before retiring to the Cape in 1980.
She leaves two sons, John in Northport, Maine and David in Wells, Maine, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. A son, Robert, died in 1972 at age 20.
She enjoyed golf, bridge, gardening and watching the Red Sox. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Yarmouthport, the Bass River/Bayberry Hills Golf Club and the Duplicate Bridge Club at the Yarmouth Senior Center.
