Scarborough – Rex Edward Stevenson III passed away peacefully on February 15, 2019 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House with his family by his side. He was born in Rochester, NY on December 20, 1948, the son of Rex Edward and Alice Skirpan Stevenson II. Rex was a football coach for many years.
