A visiting hour will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 1-2pm at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 365 Main Street, Saco, followed by a memorial service at 2pm with Pastor Bob White of the Grace Bible Baptist Church officiating.
Obituary:
Saco – June Stewart Marston, age 91, of Saco, passed away September 20, 2018 at Seal Rock. She was born in Berlin, New Hampshire on June 11, 1927 to Lena Clark Stewart but given up at birth. June was raised by Julia Keating. She left school in the 8th grade because she was needed at home and then had to support herself when Julia passed away.
She married Vernard Marston, Jr. on March 3, 1946. They celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary in March of 2016. June worked for many years at Fairchild Semiconductor, retiring in 1989.
She is predeceased by her son David in 2016 and her husband Vernard in 2017.
June is survived by daughter Nita Libby of Riverton, Wyoming, a son Gary Marston and his wife Cheryl of Cumberland, 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
