Obituary:
Buxton/Saco, Sarah Kathleen Van de Graaf, 35, of Saco Island passed away July 7, 2018 at Gosnell Memorial Hospice after a long illness.
She was born in Portland, Maine, July 14, 1982, the daughter of Teunis and Colleen Dunn Van de Graaf.
She attended Bonny Eagle Schools and later graduated from Westbrook High School.
Sarah had been employed at Bill's Pizza, The Marriott and most recently at Applebee’s, .
She worked as a wedding planner, enjoyed going to the beach and New York City.
Sarah will be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt and best friend to many.
She is survived by her father of Cape Elizabeth and her mother of Saco, her grandmothers June Van de Graaf of Long Bow Key, Florida, a sister Kathleen Dunn of Westbrook, a son Reece Franklin Van de Graaf- Green of Scarborough, 2 brothers Teunis Ryan Van de Graaf of Cape Elizabeth and Jamie Loi Van de Graaf of Portland, John Bergeron of old Orchard Beach and Aunts and Uncles.
