A private graveside service with US Army Honors will be held at the Augusta Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main Street, Saco is entrusted with his services. Serving Veterans with Pride.

Obituary:
Saco, Dominico F. Spadea, 75, of Harbor Drive passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the Seal Rock Healthcare facility.
He was born in Rumford July 27, 1942 the son of Salvatore and Carmella Spadea. He attended local schools and graduated from Stevens High School in Rumford. After high school he joined the US Army and served from 1962 until 1966.
After his service to his country, he returned home and worked at the local mill in Rumford. He was later employed by Hood Dairy and as a Bus Driver for the Gorham School Systems.
Dominico enjoyed camping, fishing, and the New England Patriots. His passion was spending time with his family and the love of his life, his wife of 53 years Joan.
He is survived by his wife Joan Webber Spadea of Saco, 3 daughters Tina Johnson and husband Richard of Windham, Lisa Spadea of Bowdoinham, and Tanya Watson and husband James of South Portland, a brother Fred Spadea of Rumford, a sister Maria Gagnon and partner Paul Evans of Gorham, 6 grandchildren, Marissa, Tyler, Jacob, Alexis, Gabriel, and William.
