Obituary:
Portland, Florence J. Perham, 87, former of Narragansett Trails passed away peacefully after a brief illness Wednesday March 21, 2018 at the Fallbrook Woods in Portland. She was born in Rumford, September 14, 1930 the daughter of Nelson and Audrey Keene Carruthers.
She attended local schools and graduated from Harrison High School.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed hosting family gatherings and raising her family.
Flossy will be remembered for her kind heart and giving nature. She enjoyed the outdoor activities, wildlife, bird watching, gardening and knitting.
Predeceased by her husband Dean Perham in 1997 and brother Edward Carruthers.
Survivors include a children Virginia Rousell, Laurel McKenney, Estelle Day, Charles Perham, a sister Laura Chapman of New Mexico, 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren,
