Visitation Information:
Friends, family and Brethren of Orchard Lodge #215 will conduct a service at Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 365 Main St, Saco at 4pm Sunday, February 11, 2018. On Monday, February 12, 2018, there will be an hour of visitation starting at 10am with a funeral service at 11am at the funeral home with burial to follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery. Rev. Deborah Breault of First Parish Congregational Church UCC Saco will officiate. Donations may be made in Harry’s memory to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 51 Blossom Street, Boston, MA 02114.

Obituary:
Old Orchard Beach, Harry L. Smith, 89, of Smithwheel Road passed away Thursday February 8, 2018 at the Pine Point Manor with his wife and family by his side.
He was born in Saco, September 24, 1928 the son of Harry L. Smith Sr and Elsie Boston.
Harry attended local schools and graduated from Thornton Academy and later graduated from Bridgton Academy.
He worked for many years at Pratt Whitney, from where he later retired.
Harry was a 62-year member and Past Master of Orchard Masonic Lodge #215, a Demolay Advisor, a member of Kora Shrine and York County Shrine Club.
Harry was also a member of First Parish Congregational Church UCC of Saco.
He had been involved in Little League and enjoyed his tractor, gardening, golf, wood working, tinkering, using a belt driven lath, and working with small engines.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years Joan Smith of Old Orchard Beach, son Peter Smith and daughter-in-law Beth of Old Orchard Beach,2 grandchildren Peter Smith II and his companion Rachel Dumas of West Newfield and Zachary Smith and his wife Brittany of Old Orchard Beach, and 5 great-grandchildren Peter III, Isaac, Wyatt, Mason and Paisley.
