Visitation Information:
Friends and family may call from 12pm-1pm on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 365 Main Street, Saco. A memorial service will follow at 1pm at the funeral home with the Rev. Beverly Lowell officiating. Burial will follow at Laure Hill Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Richard.
Donations may be made in Rachel’s honor to the Wardwell Home Activity Fund, 43 Middle Street, Saco, Maine 04072.
Obituary:
Saco - Rachel Ann Bartlett 85, passed away December 6, 2017 at Huntington Common with her family by her side. She was born in Biddeford January 24, 1932 the daughter of Alfred and Beatrice Graffam Morin.
Graduate of Biddeford High and Westbrook College Nursing School. She worked at the Trull Nursing Home, Martin’s Point and Maine Medical
Center as an RN. She was an avid reader, enjoyed family gatherings and
spending time with her grandchildren.
She was a Gold Star wife, Sons and Daughters of Nathan Lord and
belonged to the Red Hat Society.
Rachel was always welcoming and met everyone with a huge smile. She was generous with everyone she met.
She is predeceased by her husband SGM Andrew Richard Bartlett,
4 brothers Alfred Morin, Donald Morin, Arnold Morin, Earl Morin and 4 sisters Lucille Twomey, Rosamond Ricci, Medora (Dodi) Charette and Joan Elliott.
Rachel is survived by her children Richard and his wife Diane Bartlett,
Douglas Bartlett and Bruce Bartlett; and grandchildren Amy, Brooke,
Ashley, Britney and Carley, as well as several great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by her brother Normand Morin and sisters lrene Scott
and Cathleen Viger.

My wife Joan and I extend our condolences to the family of Rachel Bartlett. I remember Rachel since we were classmates at Biddeford High School, class of 1950. Rachel was friendly, fun, a pleasing personality and a terrific sense of humor. May she rest in peace.
