A graveside service will be held at 10am on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Greenwood Cemetery in Biddeford. Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main Street, Saco is entrusted with her arrangements.
Obituary:
Saco – Norma L. Proctor, 56 of Boom Road passed away at Maine Medical Center on Sunday, October 15, 2017. She was born on August 15, 1961, the daughter of Norman and Rachel Beaudoin Roberts. She graduated from Biddeford High School. Norma worked as a CNA at Huntington Common and most recently at the Monarch Center before retiring due to her illness. Norma loved her work, she loved taking care of people.
Norma also enjoyed gardening and bird watching.
She was predeceased by her mother and life partner David Emerson in 2015.
Norma is survived by her father Norman Roberts of Saco, her daughter Nicole Ruel and her fiancé Nicholas Wills of Saco, her son Christopher Martel of Biddeford, her sisters Janie Butterfield and her partner Herbert Mariner of Biddeford, Sonia Searles and her husband Billy of Vermont, and Doreen Davis of Brewer, one grandchild and several nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

What can you say....These are Sad days. Sometimes it seems like the world should stop and notice this loss. We do, her family & her friends do. Now is the time to comfort each other, adjust our lives to get used to this terrible loss in our lives. These are Sad days. My Love and my heart goes to all who loved Norma.
