Friends and relatives may call Friday September 8, 2017 from 11 to 12 noon at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 13 Portland Rd, Bar Mills, (Buxton). A 12 noon funeral service will immediately follow at the funeral home, with burial following at Brooklawn Memorial Park.

Obituary:
Old Orchard Beach, Gladys B. Pettersen, 81 formerly of Wild Dunes Ways passed away Tuesday September 5, 2017 at the Springbrook Nursing Facility. She was born January 26, 1936 in South Portland the daughter of Arthur and Ida Darling Moran.
She attended South Portland High School and then
worked for many years in the housekeeping department for the Osteopathic Hospital in Portland.
Gladys enjoyed camping, dancing, time with friends and family. She lived for over 2 years in Norway and was proud to learn to speak Norwegian.
Gladys is predeceased by a brother PFC 1class US Marine Roscoe Moran and her former husband Tor Pettersen.
She is survived by 3 sons, Carl Pettersen and wife Diane of Randolph, VT, Steven Pettersen and wife Cindy of Limerick, Todd Pettersen and wife Paula of Standish, 3 daughters Torry DiDonato and husband Joseph of Kennebunkport, Gwen Estes and husband Don of Buxton and Donna Chapman of Windham, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
