A chapel service will be held Monday May 15, 2017 at noon at the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Springvale. Dr. Burton Howe will officiate. Services will conclude with US Navy Honors.

Obituary:
James Phillip McCord, 93, of Guinea Road Biddeford, passed away Saturday May 5, 2017 at the St. Andre's Healthcare Facility in Biddeford. He was born in McRae, Arkansas the son of William and Laura Armstrong McCord.
Survivors include a daughter Linda Miche, 2 grandchildren Megan and Kate and 3 great grandsons.
James served in the US Navy and later in the United State Air force. He retired from the United States Arm Services in 1964.
For many years he was a professional painter for Fairchild Semiconductor.
James enjoyed gardening.
