Obituary:
Saco, Robert ”Bob” Farwell Sr, 84, of Buxton Rd passed away April 16, 2017 peacefully at home with his family by his side after a long illness.
He was born September 15, 1932 in Portland the son of Charles and Anna Jordan Farwell.
Bob graduated from South Portland High School, SMVTI and also served in the US Army.
He will be missed by all and never forgotten,
For many years he worked as a Hydronic Heating Technician and installer.
Bob loved to cook and also enjoyed working on projects around his house.
Bob and Wendy enjoyed the support they received from their daily visits to Lucky Loggers in Saco.
He is survived by his wife of over 47 years Wendy Arnold Farwell of Saco, a daughter Debby-Lou Farwell Belmonte of Ocean Ridge, Fla., 2 sons Robert Merrill Farwell Jr. of Scarborough, Shawn Charles Farwell of Saco, and a step son Keith Edward Elliott of Polk City, Fla., 5 grandchildren, a step grandchild, and 9 great grandchildren.
