Friends and relatives may attend a graveside service, Saturday May 20, 2017 at 11AM, at South Buxton(Tory Hill ) Cemetery 1187 River Rd., Buxton, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband Kenneth.
Rev. Burton Pease Jr. will officiate.

Obituary:
Buxton, Dorothy "Dot" P. Owen 90, formerly of Flag Pond Rd, Saco passed away Monday April 10, 2017 at her son's residence on Squire Libby Rd in Buxton. Dorothy was born in Bar Mills, Maine June 1, 1926 the daughter of James Frances and Flossy Maddox Pease.
She attended local schools and graduated from Buxton High School in 1943.
Dot later attended and graduated from Gray's Business School in Portland.
After graduation, she worked for many years for Dr. Hill, Optometrist in Portland.
Dorothy is predeceased by her husband Kenneth Owen, 2 brothers Eugene and Marshall Pease and a sister Arlene Todd.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who always attended the grandchildren's events and took great pride in their accomplishments.
Survivors include 2 sons Stephen Owen and wife Barbara of Augusta and Saco, Lary Owen and wife Denise of Buxton, 3 grandchildren, Jeffrey Owen of Buxton, Christina Owen of Hudson MA, and Stefanie Owen of Los Angeles,CA., 2 brothers Burton W. Pease and wife Barbara of Bar Mills, and Harlan Pease of Las Vegas, a Sister in Law Arlene Towle and a special niece Donna Hilton,and special friend Sue Stack
