Friends and relatives please join us to celebrate Anne’s life at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 13 Portland Rd. Buxton, (Bar Mills, ) Maine with visitation from 1 to 3 PM on Sunday, December 18, 2016 and a funeral service to follow at 3PM. Burial will be private at a later date.
The Reverend Allison Flaherty will officiate.
Obituary:
Standish, Anne Marie Credicott, 69, of Angelwood Road, Standish, passed away on December 14, 2016 at her residence; as she wished, and after finally succumbing to frontotemporal dementia. She was born in Farmington, Maine, September 15, 1947, the daughter of Charles and Jane Barker Sinskie.
She attended and graduated from Husson University after completing high school in Farmington.
She was a secretary for MSAD 6 for many years. She went on to work for a dental office while living in Texas until retiring and moving back to Maine in 2013.
Anne enjoyed gardening, dancing, laughing, spending time at her family camp on the lake, and being with her family.
She is predeceased by her husband, William (Bill) Credicott in 2012.
She is survived by a daughter, Misty Credicott of Standish; a son, Cain Credicott of Oregon; sisters, Leigh Croteau and Suzette Kendall, both of Farmington, Jan Sinskie of Salem, MA; and 3 grandchildren she loved dearly Jacob “Jake” William Staples of Standish; Makenna Ann and Rilee Anne Credicott both of Bend, OR.
The family would like to extend the most heartfelt and deepest of thanks to Caryn Hayden, Joanne Harris, Charley Kennedy, Regina Bayne, David & Morgan Gryskwicz and family, and the hospice team...all of whom played a huge role in her care.
