Friends and family may attend visiting hours at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 13 Portland Rd, Buxton (Bar Mills) on Friday June 17th, 2016 from 10:30 until 11:00AM. A memorial service will immediately follow at 11:00 am at the funeral home.

Obituary:
Hollis Center, Brenda M. Belanger, 75 of Broadway in South Portland passed away June 7, 2016 at her daughter’s home after a valiant fight with lung Cancer. She was born in St. Francis, Maine August 15, 1940 the daughter of Helaire and Irene Bass Belanger. She attended schools in Fort Kent and Waterville, Maine.
She is predeceased by both parents, a brother and sister in law Raymond and Nancy Belanger and a sister Kathleen Johnson.
Brenda was employed by Songo Shoe, 75 State St, Danforth and White and most recently by B & M Beans of Portland. She had to retire 23 years ago for health reasons.
Brenda enjoyed puzzle books and being with her family and friends.
She is survived by a daughter Debra Plummer and her husband Robert of Hollis Center, a grandson Andrew, who she had a loving and special relationship with, 2 sisters Jackie Durant and her husband James of Windham, and Lou Sturgeon of Westbrook, and many nieces and nephews.
