Friends and relatives may call Friday May 20, 2016 from 1 to 2 PM at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home and Cremation, 13 Portland Road, Buxton (Bar Mills), Maine. A 2:00 PM Memorial service will be held at the funeral home with burial to follow at South Buxton Cemetery.
Obituary:
Dayton, Josephine " Pat" Merrill, 73, of New County Road earned her angel wings on Friday May 13, 2016 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. She was born in Saco, Maine July 2, 1942 the daughter of Dorothy and Robert Patterson. Pat attended local Saco schools.
For over 30 years, Pat was employed by Whatman Corp., where she held the position as manager. She enjoyed dancing and was a longtime Dayton resident.
She is predeceased by her first husband John DeAngelis in 1998.
She is survived by her husband Bob Merrill of Dayton, 4 sons Bob DeAngelis, Jay DeAngelis, Rodney Pomerleau all of Connecticut and Mark DeAngelis of Dayton, and a daughter Crystal DeAngelis, 2 sisters Dorothy Mercier and Lillian Wrong, and many grandchildren.
