Obituary:
Saco, Steven E. Waycott, 50. Of Buxton Rd, passed away Friday April 29, 2016 unexpectedly at this home. He was born in Saco, April 24, 1966 the son of Norman and Susan Lord Waycott.
Steven attended local schools and graduated from Thornton Academy.
He served in the United States Marine Corp.
After his service to his country, he returned home and worked as a fisherman, sea urchin harvester, and later as a carpenter.
He coached in the Old Orchard Beach Little League for several years.
He is predeceased by his mother, his wife Kathleen, 2 brothers Norman and John and a sister Sandra.
Survivors include his father of Saco, 2 sons Eric Waycott of Saco and Craig Nason of Old Orchard Beach, a daughter Randa Nason of Old Orchard Beach, 2 brothers Timothy and Ethan Waycott of Michigan, a sister Laurie Brink of Portland and 3 grandchildren Jorden, Jacqueline and Colten.
