Friends and relatives may call from 11 to 12 noon, Friday March 11, 2016 at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home and Cremation, 13 Portland Rd, Buxton, (Bar Mills), ME.
A 12:00 celebration of his life will immediately follow at the funeral home.
Spring internment will be held at South Buxton (Tory Hill) Cemetery.

Obituary:
Standish, Jim E. Howe. Jr. 51, of Winding Way passed way at the Togus Veterans Hospital. He was born in Portland, Me March 12, 1964 the son of James and Carol Tibbets Howe Sr.
Jim attended local schools and graduated from Portland High School in 1982.
Jim later served in the US Marine Corps.
After his service to his country, he returned to the Portland area.
Jim worked in all aspects of the Automobile service area and was employed most recently by Harbor Auto Body.
He was also known as the “Stump Guy”, grinding stumps in his extra time.
Jim enjoyed watching the Red Sox, snowmobiling and being a “picker” with an eclectic taste in antiques.
You never knew what he was going to come home with.
In 2011, he and his family moved to the Standish area.
Survivors include his wife Arvina Magno Howe of Standish, his father and his wife Diane of Bradenton, FL, 2 sons Chet Komulainen of Westbook and Tommy Komulainen of Standish, 3 daughters Gabriella Kaper, Giavanna Kaper and Marianna Kaper, all of Standish, 3 brothers Michael Howe of Rockland, Kevin Howe of Westbrook, and David Howe and his wife Missy of Buckfield, 5 sisters Deborah Howe of Az.,Deanna Curtin and her husband Tim of FL., Tina Howe of Portland, Tracy Howe McKennie of Buckfield, and Terry Lynn Strout of Oxford, life long friends Walley Carey, Craig McKenzie, Fran Brown, Gary Anderson, Annie Lewis Began, Brian Quinn, Rob and Nicole Caron and Jeff Vaughn
Jim is predeceased by his mother, and son Matthew.
