A memorial service will beheld 2:00 PM Friday April 8,2016 at the Maine Veterans Cemetery in Springvale. Military Honors by the United States Coast Guard will conclude the service.
Obituary:
Biddeford, Joseph “ Dicky” Harrison, 72. Of Oak Street Biddeford passed away February 5, 2016 at his residence.
He was born June 28, 1943 the son of Edward and Pauline Dutremble Harrison.
Dicky graduated from Biddeford High School in 1962.
He served in the US Navy and then the US Coast Guard during the Vietnam War.
Just before he retired he served as the lighthouse keeper for Nuble Light in York, Maine.
Joe enjoyed weightlifting, football, basketball, old movies and the company of his dog Bear.
He was a member of the Eagles Club of Saco and enjoyed hanging out there with his friends there.
He is survived by 2 brothers Michael Goulet and John Goulet and five sisters, Frances Harmon, Gail Edgecomb, Kim Grabarz, Jennifer Goulet and Elizabeth Elkinson.
