Friends and relatives may call at the Dennett, Craig & Pate funeral and Cremation 13 Portland Rd, Buxton, ( Bar Mills), Maine Saturday January 16, 2016 from 11 to 12 noon. A celebration of her life will be held at 12 noon at the funeral home, private family committal at a later date.

Obituary:
Buxton, Darlene R. Cole, 53 of Line Rd, Buxton passed away peacefully January 6, 2016 at the Seal Rock Healthcare facility in Saco.
She was born in Biddeford, April 4, 1962 the daughter of Vinton and Ethelyn Elwell Abbott.
Darlene grew up in Saco and graduated from Bonny Eagle High School in 1980.
After high school she attended Pierre’s School of Beauty and owned and operated Young Hearts Stylist Shoppe.
Darlene was also a Certified Nurse’s Assistant and worked at Southridge Living Center in Biddeford, the Baron Center, Haven Healthcare and later did private care.
Darlene enjoyed animals and had a Kennel called Wagon Trails Farm where she raised Golden Retrievers and Labs.
She is predeceased by her parents and a step son Rusty Cole Jr.
She is survived by her husband Rusty Cole Sr. of Buxton, a son Michael St. Cyr Jr of Sebago and his wife Michelle, a daughter April Reynolds and her husband Chad of Limington, 2 brothers Daniel Abbott of Florida and Donald Abbott and his wife Patricia of Buxton, 2 sisters Dianne Foster of Fryburg and Deena Abbott of N. Conway, 5 grandchildren Michael, Madeline, Dexter, Raiya and Brody, and several nieces, nephews, Aunts and Uncles.

Diane, Danny, Donald and Deena~we are so sorry to hear of Darlene's passing. I have not seen her since my last trip to Maine a few years ago, but enjoyed visiting with her when we had the chance.
