Friends and relatives may call at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 13 Portland Rd, Buxton, (Bar Mills), ME on Thursday, March 5th from 4 to 7PM. A service will immediately follow at the funeral home at 7:00PM with Ron Sargent officiating. Burial will be in the spring at Flanders Cemetery on Route 22 in Buxton.
Obituary:
Hollis - Stanley E. Rowe Jr. 66 of Deering Ridge Road, passed away on March 2, 2015 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland after a yearlong battle with Cancer. He was born in Portland on March 23, 1948, the son of Stanley and Geraldine Doyle Rowe.
He attended local schools and later served in the United States Marine Corps.
Stanley was first employed by Ormand Bedell of Saco, Nike Shoe and most recently worked for Pactiv in South Portland.
Stanley enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and Nascar.
He is survived by his wife Betty DeSilva Rowe of Hollis, a son David Cloutier of Maine, 2 daughters April Rowe of Hollis and Lisa Cloutier–Millard of Ellsworth, 2 brothers Steve Rowe of Biddeford and Stacey Rowe of Saco, 3 sisters Linda Paquin of Old Orchard Beach, Sandra Kimball of Hollis, and Wendy Welch of Biddeford, 2 step brothers Edward Bailey of Biddeford, and Robert Bailey of TN, step sisters Tammy Mastera of Porter and 2 half sisters Mary Rowe of Biddeford and Missy Verrill of East Waterboro, 2 grandchildren Brieanna Emerson and Brandon Scott of Ellsworth and several nieces and nephews.
