A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 10am at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main Street, Saco followed by a committal service at Brooklawn Memorial Park, Portland.

Obituary:
Sandra C. Nielsen Stephens, 73, has gone to be with the Lord on December 10, 2014 from the Jackman Regional Health Center. She was born on May 4, 1941 in Portland, Maine, the daughter of Sidney and Marion Libby Pooler.
Sandra was a stay at home mom to her six children.
She was a member of the Church of Nazarene.
She enjoyed cooking big family dinners, walking on the beach, reading, travelling but most of all, she loved her family.
She was predeceased by her first husband Howard Nielsen, Sr. in 2002.
Survivors include her husband Winfield (Steve) Stephens of Jackman; her sons: Richard Nielsen and his wife Ann of Jackman, Jeffrey Nielsen of Saco, Howard Nielsen, Jr. and his wife Carla of Albion, and Brian Nielsen and his wife Kim of Scarborough; daughters: Brenda and her husband Lee Doyle, Stacey and her husband Rick Bridges of Jackman, Christina and her husband Oreo Shaw of Barre, VT and Addie Stephens of Barre, VT; her brothers Rodney Pooler and his wife Marilyn of Florida and John Pooler and his wife Barbara of Old Orchard Beach; 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Jackman Regional Health Center for their wonderful care.
