Visitation Information:
Visiting hours will be held for friends and family on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 5PM to 7PM at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, 365 Main Street, Saco. A graveside service will be held at Brooklawn Memorial Park on Friday, December 5, 2015 at 1PM.

Obituary:
Shirley M. Couture passed away Friday, November 28, 2014 at Evergreen Manor after a long illness. Shirley was born in Portland on January 24, 1938, the daughter of Sindey Eugene and Dorothy May Stone Ames, Sr.
Shirley was educated in the Portland schools and went to work in the Biddeford Textile Mills. She stopped working to raise her family and was a homemaker for her adored children.
Shirley enjoyed crafting and shopping.
Shirley is survived by 2 sons Stephen and his wife Brenda Couture of Saco and Joseph and his wife Terry Couture of Saco; a daughter Lisa and her husband Donald Cote of Dayton; a sister Willis Spiller of Maine; a sister-in-law Maxine Ames of Buxton; 6 grandchildren Sam of Saco, Mindy of Colorado, Trisha of Dresden, Ryan of Dayton, Joseph, Jr. and Krista of Saco; 3 great grandchildren Madison of Colorado, Kayla of Saco, and Isaac of Dresden; as well as many nieces and nephews.
