A committal service will be held on Friday Nov. 8th at 1:00 PM at South Buxton (Tory Hill) Cemetery, in the Woodman (new) section off of Woodman Road in Buxton. Pastor Trent Boyd will officiate.

Obituary:
BUXTON - Chloe Mona Tracy, longtime teacher, age 81, of Buxton, passed away peacefully on Oct. 27, 2013 surrounded by her family at Springbrook Center in Westbrook.
She was born in Medford, MA on May 29, 1932, the daughter of the late William Sr. and Ethel (Hopkins) Berry.
After graduating from high school in Machias, Chloe went on to graduate from the Washington State Teachers College in Machias, and later earned her Master’s Degree in Education from the Gorham State Teachers College in Gorham.
Mrs. Tracy dedicated her entire professional life to teaching. She taught mathematics for over 30 years at Bonny Eagle Middle School in Buxton and previously at Johnson Junior High School in Standish.
She was a member of TOPS, and enjoyed horses, horseback riding, and animals in general. She spent over 30 year of her life involved in the harness racing industry.
She is predeceased by her siblings - William Berry Jr. and Velma Madore; and a great grandson- Cody Buzzell.
Chloe will always be remembered as the family matriarch and is survived by her beloved children - Elliott Tracy Jr. of Buxton, Lyle Tracy and his wife Kathryn of Gorham, Russell Tracy of Buxton, Julie Paulsen of Buxton, and Holly Tracy of Buxton; twelve grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
