A funeral service will be held this Sunday, Aug. 11 at 3 PM at Free Baptist Church of East Waterboro, located on Rt 202 in East Waterboro. Burial will immediately follow at Pine Grove (South) Cemetery in South Waterboro.

Obituary:
EAST WATERBORO- Scott Eric Parker, age 39, of Edith Hughey Road, passed away after a lengthy illness on Aug. 6, 2013 at St. Andre Health Care in Biddeford.
He was born in Biddeford on Feb. 7, 1974, a son of James “Buster” Parker and the late Louise (Thompson) Parker.
In his earlier years, Scott actively participated in the Special Olympics and especially enjoyed singing and dancing.
Scott enjoyed horse riding, four wheeling, tractors, gardening and just about anything involving family and friends.
More recently, Scott was working as a gardener at the Morrison Development Center in Scarborough.
He is survived by his father- James “Buster” Parker of East Waterboro; a brother- Doug Parker of East Waterboro; and a niece- Candice Parker of East Waterboro.
