A graveside service with military honors will be held on Wednesday July 10 at 2 PM at Meeting House Hill Cemetery in Hollis on Rt. 35.

Obituary:
HOLLIS- Richard Clyde Huff, age 84, of Haley Road, passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2013 at his home in Hollis.
He was born in Hollis, Maine on Aug. 27, 1928, a son of the late Cleon and Hazel (Harmon) Huff and graduated from Hollis High School in 1945.
Richard went on to serve in the US Army from 1950-1952 in the 11th Airborne. Afterward, he joined the Air National Guard. During his time in the Air National Guard he worked as a electronics technician with the 265th Combat Communications Squadron and retired with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant.
After his retirement, he went on to work in construction for companies such as F.S. Plummer in Gorham.
Richard enjoyed being involved with Hollis Parks and Recreation, the chess club, mowing his lawn, and in his earlier days, he enjoyed Ham radios, and working on radios for the Hollis Fire Dept.
He is predeceased by his siblings- Carl Huff and Pearl Michel.
He is survived by his beloved wife- Martha (Minnick) Huff; siblings- Kenneth Huff, Shirley Leohner, Frances Wigant, and Virginia Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.
