Obituary:
Born on Dec 17 1992 in New York City to Karen and William Casbay.
Passed away tragically and unexpectantly on December 31st, 2012 in Saco, Maine
Max spent the first 6 yrs of his life in Miami Beach, Florida where he still has many beloved friends.
Max and his family relocated to Maine in 1999 to enjoy a quieter, simpler, safer life.
He immediately made many friends at Fairfield school, CK Burns, and Saco Middle school. He was an avid soccer player for most of his childhood and excelled at it. Max was a boy scout for many years and repeatedly won the pine car derby. He discovered his love of skateboarding during his middle school years. Max loved music, listening to it, playing it, discovering new sounds. He loved his time at Thornton Academy and made even more friends in his 4 years there. He graduated June 2011 with many of his best buddies.
Max enjoyed lifting weights and the art of tatoos. Many did not know how good of an artist he was himself. Max started at SMMC for culinary arts for his love of cooking and baking. He worked at Shaw's in Saco and spoke so highly of the company and his co-workers.
Max was a natural, loving big brother to Dean Alexander, Charlotte Camille, Trinity Celeste and Aidan Fox.
Along with his siblings, Max is survived by his his parents Karen & William,his beloved girlfriend Lindsay Dallaire, his aunt Laura Reissman and Uncle, Phil Reissman, his grandmother Carol Petras,his step-grandmother, Susan Harman, Great uncles Frank Petras, Bill Petras and great Aunts Mary Petras, Janet Petras, Dorothy Maloney and his cousins Rob Petras (Christine), Yulle Petras, Shawn Petras, John Maloney, Aimee Lkhayer (Youssef), Sarah Petras, Greg Petras, his best friends Nate Herrick and Sam Root among many, many other friends that meant the world to him.

Max was a wonderful young man and he will be greatly missed. Johnny and I are sorry that we did not get to know him better, these last few years. Our deepest condolences to Karen, Cas, Dean, Charlotte, Trinity and Aidan. We love you all!
