Obituary:
Adam Daniel Baillargeon “AB” moved on to the land of endless pow days on the 28th of November 2022. Adam, was born in Portland, ME on September 11, 1983. While growing up in Saco, Adam always had an adventurous and curious spirit. After overcoming a fierce battle with cancer as an adolescent, his drive was further ignited when he served as Captain of his soccer team at Thornton Academy. Adam found ways to put a smile on everyone’s face even while tormenting his brother and giving his mom and dad grey hairs. He made a positive and lasting impact on every soul he touched.

At the time of his passing AB was working at Sugarloaf Mountain, the place that had called him back home from the West Coast. Adam had spent nearly a decade in the Truckee/Tahoe community deeply immersed in the industries he loved, skiing and helping others. His contagious smile, passion and efforts brought joy and strength to many near and far.
Upon returning home to Maine, he continued to pursue his love for the sport of skiing by rejoining his Sugarloaf family.

Adam is survived by parents Danny and Cathy Baillargeon of Saco, ME and his brother Max and his wife Katie Baillargeon of Truckee, CA and his Fur Sister, Maisey. His family extends much further than that. He was predeceased by his loving grandparents Don and Audrey Fogg and Guy Baillargeon.

Dear Cathy and family, this is beyond words, there are no words to describe this pain. Sorry surely isn’t enough. Something beyond the condolences, out of reach and surreal. Just know that you are loved and embraced by your entire village! Hold one another tight. Love each other deeply. Take one baby step at a time. My thoughts and prayers are focused on you as you muddle through each day. Fondly yours, Lorraine (pecchia)

Dan and Cathy, I am so sorry for the loss of Adam. I remember the struggles and Adam's fight to beat cancer years ago. Such a difficult time then, and now. My heart is with you, and I hope that eventually there is comfort in knowing what a wonderful "light" Adam was and that he lived a full life, shortened only in years. God Bless. Harry
