Obituary:
John Haberecht, 62, of Smutty Lane passed away after a long fought battle with cancer on Thursday February 17, 2022 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. He was born December 7, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio; the son of Robert and Geraldine Meola Haberecht.
John was an extraordinary car salesman for over 25 years at various places throughout the United States.
John is preceded in his death by his father Robert, mother Geraldine and brother, Robert. Survivors include his brother, Douglas Haberecht; sister, Carol Lewis; son Robert Haberecht; his two daughters Sarah Haberecht and Alexis Lane. John was also the grandfather to his beloved grandson, Ronan Haberecht and granddaughter Alani Lacasse, and many friends around the world.
John enjoyed restoring furniture, American history documentaries, listening to music, especially the Beatles, and watching the New England Patriots. John also had a deep love for Jesus and renewed his faith in the Lord during his courageous battle with cancer.
