Glenn Edward White Jr., age 55, died May 26 2021. He was born November 19, 1965 in Sanford, ME to Glenn White and Betsy (Silliker). He was loved by his family and friends. He was a dedicated parent who was always there for his children, his grandparents, his parents, siblings, and friends. He made friends everywhere he went and where he worked. He worked passionately as a fork truck driver loading trucks and spent over 20 years at Spencer Press/R.R. Donnelley and the past 10 years at Poland Springs.

He loved photography and posted pictures of sunrises for all to see every morning on his way home from work at Poland Springs. On weekends, he could be found riding his Can-Am Spyder, touring the coast and mountains, finding new adventures in the beauty of nature with friends.

Glenn was a generous, loyal, loving man who often delivered bottles of water to friends and relatives. He put others before himself and could always be counted on to lend a helping hand when needed.

He was known for his “moment of Zen” on Facebook. Once, when his Mother said how much she missed the sound of the ocean, he said, “Don’t worry, Mom, I will take videos for you to watch and listen to every morning.” He kept his promise and has never missed a week, until now, with these wonderful videos filled with his love of Nature and Life. Many people, some strangers, have looked forward to his posts of sunrises and Zen. We hope Glenn finds his own Zen. He will be missed dearly by many.

He is survived by his father Glenn White Sr, mother Betsy Scott, sister Hollie Sitterly, brother Kevin White, son James Pike Sr., daughters Jessica and Barbara Merrill-White, and his five grandchildren.
