Visitation Information:
Visiting hours will be on Wednesday evening, Nov. 7, from 5-7 PM at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, located on the corners of Rts. 202 and 4A (13 Portland Rd) in Buxton (Bar Mills). A funeral service officiated by her son Ronald will be held on Thursday morning at 11 AM at the Hollis Center Baptist Church, located on Rt. 202 in Hollis. Burial will follow at South Buxton (Tory Hill) Cemetery beside her husband Carl. A reception will be held back at the Hollis Center Baptist Church after the graveside committal.

Obituary:
HOLLIS- Anita Maybelle Libby, age 88, passed away peacefully on Nov. 5, 2012 at the Monarch Center in Saco.
She was born on Nov. 9, 1923, a daughter of the late Joseph and Della (Hill) Nason.
After graduating from SD Hanson High School in 1941, Anita began her working years at Polar-Zone in Gorham. She went on to work as a waitress for many years at several restaurants and diners, Weyerhaeuser, and Sebago Moc. During these years she also worked at various farms picking vegetables and fruit. Anita retired in 1987 to enjoy her later years.
She enjoyed fishing, traveling, music, cooking, knitting and was an avid reader.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband- Carl Libby Jr. in 2002 after 38 years of marriage; her parents; and her son-in-law- Barry Gallant.
Anita is survived by her children- Roberta Gallant of Waterboro, Reginald Sargent and his wife Pam of Kennebunkport, Ronald Sargent and his wife Wendy of Hollis, Ruth Cloutier and her husband Lance of Porter, Richard Sargent and his wife Pat of Hollis and Randall Sargent of Biddeford; twelve grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
