Obituary:
Your wings guided you away, but in our hearts you will always stay. On January 18, 2021, our mother, Cindy A. Willey, 64, of Lakeland, Florida gained her angel wings to heaven.
She was born to Delmont and Doris (Mellen) Willey on January 10, 1957 in Portland, Maine, where she resided until 2018. She moved to Lakeland, Florida where she enjoyed spending time with her sister Pam Willey and family.
She enjoyed playing darts for many years and always loved a good poker game with friends and family. Cindy had a generous heart and was quick to organize help for those in need.
She is predeceased by her parents, her two brothers, Dan Ross and Thomas Willey, and sister, Helena Fogg.
She is survived by her son, Dominic Babine of South Portland, a daughter, Kristina St. Cyr and her husband Ray of Gorham, nephew, Dan Giusti and his wife Julie of Massachusetts, 5 sisters, Judith Giusti of Windham, Sharon Noren of Minnesota, Pamela Willey of Florida, Wendy Eldridge of Massachusetts, Rena Eliassen and her husband John of Harrison, 2 brothers, Richard Willey and his wife Marita of Florida, Ron Willey and his wife Cathy of Windham, 4 Grandchildren, RJ, Cam, Hayley and Nick, a great niece Emilia Giusti, nephew Rick Brown, his wife Crystal, their children Jakob and Grace and several other beloved nephews, nieces, and cousins.
